Alae & Patte - Animal Movement

For many animals, the ability to move is essential for survival and, as a result, natural selection has shaped the locomotion methods and mechanisms used by moving organisms.
Hop, skip, jump, run, slither, slide, glide, fly, swim, burrow, climb, soar, hover, creep, crawl, wiggle – the list of ways animals move is endless! Animals of all shapes and sizes move around in many different ways. In this movement class, we will practice a structured series of animal-style movements that can be linked together to form flows (similar to yoga). It's good for building mobility, strength, & developing motor control. Animal movement can be used in playing games with one or more partners challenging their physical and cognitive abilities.
The workshop will start with a full-body mobilization routine then move to animal movement techniques that requires contribution of all body muscles and joints. For each technique, there will be different variations according to the skill level of the practitioners. This will allow you to take the movements from the workshop and continue on a progression path on your own.

However, it does not matter if you do this with cocoa, a fruit, vegetable or tea, it is all about the intention that guides you and the depths of yourself that want to participate in the healing. We will listen to the sounds of the gong and sink deeper into our subconscious. We will taste, smell, hear... dance, sing and meditate together. Dive with us into the wonderful world of your heart.
About Amina Zoe
Meditations, cocoa ceremonies and energy treatments have been among my passions for several years. On my travels I have come home with many gifts and I am happy to share them with you. As a "Berlinerin", life can get pretty hectic and therefore I am incredibly grateful to be able to contribute with my workshops and individual sessions to help us people not lose the ground under our feet and to reconnect with our hearts.
I found my approach to meditation when I found out that my physical complaints have psychological causes. That the recovery should basically be about inner healing. Since then I have been dealing a lot with the subconscious, the role that traumas and experiences play in this and how we can approach it most lovingly.
The low frequencies of the gong are a pleasant tool to connect us with our unconscious and to accelerate our self-healing. Currently I am in training as an art therapist and meditation leader. I like to share the knowledge I have learned with my fellow human beings and have therefore started to give individual sessions with energy and light work.
Come join us in this _1,5_ hour Acro Yoga workshop to get familiar with the foundations and basic techniques. Acro Yoga is a movement discipline that combines elements from Yoga and Partner Acrobatics. It engages the entire body and focuses especially on skills around balance, timing, strength, and verbal as well as non-verbal communication. It’s fun, challenging, and an intelligent Workout that allows you to tune in with your body on a whole other level. There is no previous experience required for this workshop. We will take you through the steps from the beginning and will offer variations for each exercises to match the skill of participants. You’ll have just the right level of challenge for wherever you’re at and will come away with a whole new experience.
Angélique Poulain has her background in professional dancing and Yoga.
Today she teaches Yoga for athletes and celebrities in Berlin and Hamburg.
Her second passion is Acrobatics which she shares through Workshops and classes around the globe.
Adrian’s movement practice started with Muay Thai followed by partner Acrobatics, which quickly became a passion. His teaching style is aimed at building confidence, strength, and ease in solo as well as partner movement while his didactics are colored by his work using a Somatic Intelligence approach in personal coaching.
We are Anna and Valery from Munich and have both completed our Yoga Teacher Training in India within the last year. We would be happy to spend 1.5 hours with you to look inside and enjoy some beneficial asanas together.
In our 1,5 hour Vinyasa Flow we will focus on the inner balance of our bodies. It is about balancing the sun and moon energy to give us the drive we need during this time but also to let go and find peace in our spiritual self.
The first part consists of a powerful vinyasa flow, which heats and energizes our bodies. In the second part we will then devote ourselves to letting go and bring our bodies to rest with a pleasant YIN-practice, until we finally complete the class in SAVASANA, the deserved final relaxation.

I invite you to join me for an open 1,5 hour Power Yoga Flow. You are free to log in from whereever you are, you only need a non-slippery mat on a solid ground and 1x2m of space.
This flow focusses on the body centre, where Manipura Chacra is located. We start slowly by warming up our joints and muscles to make the body smooth again. Afterwards, we use strengthening asanas like blanks, lower blanks and Shaturangas to send warm energy through the body. They work especially on the core and the shoulders in order to build up the body and strength on the longer run. We'll end up with stretching and relaxing postures for a final reward.
Note: After the workshop, there will be a 15-20 min timeframe for QA and for exchange. Looking forward to connect with you in solidary isolation.
I am Eva and teach AcroYoga, Yoga and Thai Massage in Berlin (Heilehaus e.V. and Humboldt University). I practice Yoga as well as AcroYoga since 2013 and received my teacher certificate from Gayatri Yoga School in Tenerife in 2015. In my classes I use Hatha Yoga as a general structure and add Power Yoga elements to build up strength. Breathing exercises, detailed analysis of Asanas and a strong focus on correct lines form part of my training.

Meditative drawing is suitable for every person who wants to let himself flow in a very own, new way. Unlike, for example, painting a mandala, you will be the creator of your artwork. You decide intuitively which crazy, interesting and complex looking patterns you want to create.
Don't worry: You don't have to be a talented drawer! Previous knowledge or special materials are also not required. I will lead the workshop step by step in a very easy to understand way and give suggestions on how to get into the flow easily.

In this workshop we'll explore a variety of concepts and practices with a focus on meditation to find a healthy way of dealing with them, so we can embrace the collaborative process of living more sustainably as a society.
About the facilitator
In 2016, out of desperation about not having a clue what to do with his life after his business informatics degree, Malte discovered meditation for himself. Since then the daily practice and its application in every moment has sparked a deep, ongoing transformation in his life. His curiosity has led him to attend various retreats and to an Ashram in India, where he could deepen his understanding of the practice.
Malte has been sharing his experience with meditation through different workshop formats for 2,5 years, constantly striving to improve his way of introducing people to the practice. His unique approach is inspired by various teachings and philosophies, science and his own practice. He’s deeply convinced of the positive, transformative effects of meditation on us as individuals and as a society.
